i. Preparation of Compliance certificate

Compliance Certificate is prepared which contains the details of requirements of compliance fulfilled such as payment of Bonus, deposit of PF,ESI by 15th of every month, internal committee constituted for POSH as per the statutory guideline,etc is sent to the Compliance Department

Compliance Certificate is prepared which contains the details of requirements of compliance fulfilled such as salaries/wages paid to employees as per paysheet, deposit of PF,ESI by 15th of every month, etc have been performed in accordance with the compliance requirement.and is sent to the compliance department at the end of every year.

ii. POSH report

In the month of April, POSH Return is prepared which contains the details of no. of complaints received and disposed during the year, no. of actions taken by the employer during the year, etc and is sent it to the West Bengal Commission For Women

iv. Shop and establishment license

After logging into the portal, the company name is fed. The portal then leads to the payment gateway where the payment is made by administrative Department.

It has to be applied 60 days before the renewal cycle ends

v. Employment Exchange

Details of no. male and female employees is fed in the form and submitted to the department of employment exchange

vi. Trade License

After logging into the portal, the C. E. no. is fed. The portal then leads to the payment gateway where the payment is made by administrative Department

vii. Factory License

A form is extracted from the portal of directorate of factories to renew the factory license. Data such as list of directors is fed in the form and doctuments such as pollution certificate is attached along with the form and is submitted in the department

viii. Half Yearly Return

Details such as no. of mandays worked, average no. of workers employed daily, name of the factory, employer and manager, etc is filled in the form and submitted to the chief inspector of factories.

ix. Yearly Return

Details such as no. of mandays worked, average no. of workers employed daily, name of the factory, employer and manager, etc is filled in the form and submitted to the chief inspector of factories
